If I was trying to check if someone is in the UK.... If I phone an Irish number that is in the UK, will it ring ring like home or Beeep like if they were in Spain? No interesting story behind this I'm afraid!

yeah, yeah, your'e checking in!

I had an ex do that to me once, I was working on the continent and told her I couldn't make it back for the weekend due to work commitments. Instead I ended going on the lash in London with a few lads. She called and immediately knew I was not working because of the beep beep.

So yeah, the phones in the UK ring like the phones in Ireland!
