    Im currently enrolling in the part time course (one day a week). I have a full time job as a head chef in a café. I don't have any prior experience to working in kitchens but am of a decent standard when it comes to cooking. Has anyone done this course? Im just trying t find out will I be of a good enough standard as my fellow classmates will be working in restaurant / hotel kitchens and will have a more senior chef above them. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank.
