How to check how long you've been receiving payments?

    Hi there,

    Applying for BTEA and it asks how long i have been receiving the dole, in months.

    Is there any way to check this online? and does it need to be accurate?

    I tried ringing the social office but they don't seem to pick up.

    Were you working, then not working and getting Jobseekers Benefit? When did you lose your job?

    You can get a statement in your local Intreo office of whatever payment you were on.

    Or you can do it online here....
