2009 Learner Permit - Is IBT Training Required?

    Hoping someone can help me with this:

    I was first issued an A1 learner permit in October 2009.

    I have read that only motorcyclists who receive their first learner permit after 6th December 2010 are required to do IBT.

    As my A1 learner permit was issued before that date, does that mean I can skip the IBT training and take an A1 motorcycle test straight away?
