    Hi
I have a problem with my phone connection.
My main phone and internet works ok.
My second phone is not working.I have checked all connections .They seem to be ok.
I am just wondering is my phone extension socket faulty.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried the main phone on the second phone's socket?

This would at least narrow it down to being either a handset problem (main phone works) or a socket fault (main phone doesn't work).

If the former, get a new handset.

If the latter either check/repair the wiring yourself or if not comfortable doing so, getting somebody who is.

    Thanks for you help.
I connected extension phone to main phone connection and it works ok.
So it must be a wiring problem

Just as a heads up, you need to either fix yourself or hire an electrician, internals wont be fixed by your provider.
