"These old Masseys, like the 165 and the 135, they're so basic but they're incredibly reliable and they just keep going on and on. Providing they've got a bit of fuel, a bit of water and there's oil in the engine they'll keep on going, probably until they're 100 years old," says Pepper.

This one look like all its getting is fresh air plenty of fresh air! Lights optional extra.

No surprise considering half of rural Ireland's farmers have them. Great tractors and still in every day use around here including my late Uncle's 168.

That's one thing that drives me soft when reading an ad for a tractor...... "all lights working"..... who gives a f**k about the lights? How is thatany indication that the tractor is in good condition mechanially??????

The engine/ gearbox/clutch could be shagged requiring hundreds (eveneven thousands)to put right, but all the f**kin lights are working, pocket money stuff!!!

But if it's winter you'll need the lights working to drive it to the garage for repairs. :)
