Apple Renew Trade in - Normally this slow?

I sent a couple of older iThings off as part of the Apple Renew trade in program run for them through Apple.com by Brightstar. They've had them now since at least Friday morning and I haven't heard a thing back yet. Anyone used this service? Is it usually slow or how long should I expect to wait?

They still haven't processed my 'buy back'.

Really getting very annoyed at this stage.

It was received on Friday 10th and it's now Friday 17th - A full week in their warehouse.
