MSI UK supplying used motherboard? opinions please

I contacted MSI UK support for a replacement mother board for my gt683dxr

I got a reply from MSI poland simply stating
"Motherboard- 178 euro approx."
After a few emails asking questions i have found out

It is being ordered from china
"The motherboards we sell are not new"
it would have a 3 month warranty
payment is to be made to MSI Taiwan's account
once payment is received it will be shipped from center in Poland
they will just supply the mother board or fit it if i ship the laptop to them
complete transaction takes around a month

Just looking for opinions on this before i proceede
as it seems very roundabout when dealing direct with the laptop manufacturer
and its a bit strange that they are ordering a used motherboard from china

the cheaper ones on ali are running around the same price.
the reason i tried MSI was to have some sort of comeback from a reputable company.

havent bought from ali before and cautious about the bad stories i have heard

so in two minds now
