Grant for panic alarm for elderly

Who administers the grant scheme for this and is it still available? In one place I read it was local authority and in another it was the local community housing group. Perhaps it can be either. So in Mullingar it would be either WCC or ? Any info appreciated. Thanks

This group look after it now as far as I know.
