Roller garage door

Hi, I bought a second hand roller door to fit a garage. It's the manual roller type with a bar and two drums which tension when you turn them.

Does anyone know how they are fitted. One drum has no tension on it and other one is pre tensioned with a bolt holding it in place.

Do I release both and fit door and tension both when it's all fitted or is one pre tensioned for a reason.

Looked everywhere online can't find anything the same.
