Maintenance of rear steadies

    Hi there,

    looking for advice on best way to get rear steadies back to full working order.

    They are are pretty dry as it is and when I try to wind them down the ratchet/thread slips a lot.

    What's the best method to take them apart and what should I lubricate them with ?
