    Has anyone been to boura bog lately. Just wondering if there is anything interesting to get photo's of.

    I think winter is possibly better for Boora - there are often wintering Hen Harriers, Lapwing, Golden Plover, Whooper Swans and then the usual Grey Partridge etc too.

    Is there anything worth the drive for this time of the year as the east coast is to be a wash out tomorrow....

    Boora is good in summer too - 2 years ago at the end of May, did a trip there and got a nice diversity of breeding birds from Partridges to Redshank. Some amount of Hares in the place too!!
