Sowing Forage Rapeseed

    Has anyone ever sowed forage rapeseed with a Vicon wagtail spreader. if so i would appreciate any advice on settings and what distance to drive between runs

    Would it be possible to get someone with a slug pellet or a small seeds type drill/hopper? like the set up people use to stich in grass seed?
    Its just the rate you'll be using will be like low single digits per acre. Also if using something like a spreader be mindfull of potential to do damage to the seed!

    Mix an acre of seed with a bag of fertilizer, spread it at half bag an acre in two runs and cross it with the second run. There was a thread all about it last week.
