I have poor water pressure at the kitchen sink. Is there a small pump I can install to increase the pressure? I've had the tap off and its poor pressure and not a tap related problem.

more intel on the whole setup is required.
but one possibility is that some fibre glass insulation, ( or maybe a mouse :) ) has fallen into the cold water attic tank and partially blocked the cold flow to base of HW cylinder, which should be a separate feed from the cold feed to rest of house..

What follows is NOT advice: it is not approved by the LA, actually verboten .
If u have good water pressure in the rising main then you could try feeding the rising cold back up through the open sink hot, needs to be done with care and ensure your expansion from HW cylinder is set up properly, as well as overflow from attic tank
The advanced course here is to block off the HWC expansion pipe and the water will flow back up into the header tank.

It is most important to remember to reopen the expansion pipe as you risk an explosion.
