    Does anybody know who these are and how to book with them? I see they do flights from Dublin to Funchal but their website has no booking on it and it seems check-in is airport only. I've never heard of them before.

    They are a charter airline. You cannot book direct flights with them. They operate on behalf of travel agents etc... The used to be called Air Contractors but were re-branded recently. A good airline though with decent in-flight customer experience from what i have been told...

    I'm flying with them to Dalaman soon, from what I've been told they are a good airline.

    Thanks, Outragously expensive for flight only (700-800EUR rtn) . Scheduled via Lisbon is cheaper and more flexible though two flights is a pain.

    just back from Madeira on ASL flights, very efficient but it was a package holiday with sunway, what ever happened to Aer lingus direct flights to Funchal? they made a big hullabaloo about it 4 or 5yrs ago at €59 each way but they stopped after one season,....shame.
