While looking around for more information on Freeman-on-the-Land scammers in Ireland I came upon this remarkable video featuring a truly remarkable man. The individual named Billy MaGuire (in this video) claims to be the real leader of Ireland using the 1919 Constitution as proof.

That object he is holding is called the Sovereign Seal and claims that it gives him the right to rule Ireland. As mad as this sounds, he also claims that the earth is flat.
