    I was infracted for a post that I honestly do not think is uncivil. If I put a smiley at the end of it, would it have been viewed differently? The mod I received the infraction from (Dogwatch) has point blank refused to engage with me.

    What is uncivil about that post?

    What's the urgency? It's not like a ban where a rapid review may (or indeed may not) get you back posting sooner

    I'm currently out of the country with limited access. Please be patient and hopefully one of the other Sports CMods will review this. If not I'll try and have a look over the weekend.

    Regardless of whether it was 'uncivil', it was a thread spoil i.e. irrelevant and not directly related to the item for sale.

    The forum rules are straightforward - make an offer or ask a question about the item for sale. anything else is forbidden.

    I'll offer you a choice:
    Ill overturn the infraction as it was technically incorrect and replace it with a 1 month ban for threadspoiling --or-- you agree you did wrong and we leave well enough alone.
