Meeting with External Examiner

So I've just finished a 4 year degree in chemistry, and have been called for a Viva interview tomorrow with an external examiner.

I've heard that you are called if you are on the brink of a grade, like your average is 59% or 69% and it's to see whether you should be bumped up or not.

Does anyone know what might be involved or how to prepare for one at all? I really have no idea what to expect or what sort of questions will be asked.
