    Help!

I started a new job...and the commute is blanchardstown to carrickmines. What I did yesterday on the return leg was 15 min walk to luas and bus home...luas to stephens green and 38 bus from dawson st...2 1/2 hours. I got a lift over in the morning...22 mins. I currently don't have a car (whole other story re insurance due to accident) but can drive
Would it be worthwhile renting a car? Does a claim against me for the accident affect this possibilty? Or is there a better route?

Cycling would take about an hour!

a bit more than an hour, based on having cycled blanchardstown to leopardstown as a commute.

    A moped is another option.
