Virgin Media - have they lost the plot?

We called Virginie to move our fiber to a new address in January. This was not possible due to the new address virgin/upc informed me they would cancel the contract as they could not facilitate the move. This is all ok, we arranged a pick up of the router at the new address. Unfortunately I got multiple messages that they had to postpone the collection. After approx 6 weeks they collected the modem. Now for the last month or so since April I am getting text messages from the collector of virgin. I am really not happy with this I am not the account holder which clearly shows how disconnected they have become. When the collector actually called I asked them how much do we owe? they can't specify it. I have to call Virgin. This is out of question as in an inbound call I can't talk to them not the account holder but in their outbound calls the break every privacy law available. This might be the collector. The scary part they never sent any mail correspondence to old or new address which they should have on record as they arranged collection of the router.

I will try close this off directly with the CEO. As this company have really upset me in the handling of the case. And if they ever looked at their CRM database they would have all the records needed that is assuming the they use a CRM.
I doubt they have one not have a ever received a customer satisfaction survey during my previous years as a paying customer.
