Can you abbreviate the names of poems in English exams?

For example, if I'm answering on Ní Chuilleanáin, if I'm talking about her poem "To Niall Woods and Xenya Ostrovskaia, married in Dublin on September 9, 2009", can I just say it once at the start of my paragraph and then shorten it to "To Niall Woods.." in the rest of it?

Yes. This would be a sensible thing to do.
