Brexit - an opportunity

Vote takes place 23rd June, is it an opportunity for short term gains.

If the vote is to leave, UK shares and currency will take a big hit initially, will most likely be oversold on day 1, opportunity to buy on the drop and sell when the market settles down as it almost inevitably will.

If the vote is to stay, UK shares and currency will get a big boost initially, will most likely be overbought on day 1, opportunity to sell on the boost and buy back in when the market settles down as it almost inevitably will.

    Thoughts?

Completely agree but obviously it's a gamble on which way you think the vote will go. If you're looking at FX then there is always the danger that the Euro will get dragged down a long with it and the dollar.
