northern ireland eu???

    if northern Ireland exits the eu can you drive a car bus etc. in the northern Ireland?
    do you need a different licence?
    if you had a full eu does it cover you?

    Assuming you mean to be able to travel over the border, yes, you will be able to use an Irish licence as a guest/ tourist at very least. I'm no expert of such matters but it's no impossible that they would remain as a member of the EEA.

    Even if there were problems as a result of them leaving, they would, at the absolute least become a 'recognised state' in terms of driver licencing. Remember, we have licence exchange agreements with South Korea, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Taiwan etc. so there's no reason to believe this will cause anything other than some concern.
