Basically I was working in a place for a year part time while at school and I took a break at Christmas as I was doing my leaving cert. I approached the place a couple of weeks back asking for my job back and got accepted but last week I got offered another job with way better money and it's a job that would benefit me more when travelling in the future ? Any advice on what I would do? Should I just stick to the first job as I asked for it back even though the money is very bad ?

    Would appreciate the advice.

They survived without you at Christmas, they'll survive without you if you leave again. We're coming to the summer months now, they will likely be swamped with CVs if it's unskilled labour, so I'd say thanks very much but you found something relevant to your desired future career.

    go for the new job.
whatever about the money, whoch do you prefer? is the old one in a position to offer you the same money as new job?

personally, if it was me, i'd go with the new one.
