Was reading that report the other day after following something about the kid who was incorrectly accused of cheating in London.

They must be pretty messed up to go to the bother of creating their own series of marathons, that they then don't run, create the fake results with fake names and then collect their own medal collections. To go to all that bother, but then not realise that putting yourself in the results of a marathon in Texas and another in California on the same day would look a bit suspect.
