Bi-folding doors

Hoping to put on a basic 20sq yard kitchen extension self build during the summer onto a standard 3bed house . Have done similar before but has been a while and know materials/suppliers have moved along. The only real splurges will be a large glass bi-folding door (approx 3 mt) and some underfloor heating. Is MJ the only real players for these doors. Ideally looking for supply only of materials, have got UFH kits before from the likes of Davies and organised pump screed providers. Is there a simpler route, I am mindful the floor space to be done is only going to be 20-25 sq yrds.

Would be interested in hearing from anyone who did a similar job and who they found best for materials, and what was the end results

    Brief:
    Approx 20 Sq yrd
    Pitched roof with tiles,2-4 velux
    Glass wall/ door
    UFH

Going to raise the garden level to floor height of ext and pave so when you open the bi-fold doors you get the seamless feel.

No, MJ are absolutely not the only Providors. And in fact they would be one of the few I'd advise clients not to use!

Allow €1300/€1500 per meter run for the bi fold.

OP: the title says sliding doors, the body of the post says bi-folding: there is a world of difference, expense and potential hurt.

Also 3m is a big ope so consider the weight issues: there are other threads on this topic here, use advanced google search with boards.ie as the domain and pick your key words, such as poster name, DG,TG, and so on.

You will also find other suppliers named here this way.
