Love it when I see Irish horses that have run in Meydan returning to Ireland and stepping down in class. Eastern Rules ticks this box in the 2:35 and I expect it to win.

Aidan is still overseeing the saddling of the horses at the races. A friend of mine has a horse with him and Aidan was calling the shots and making sure everything was right. He's not going to let Joseph fail that's for sure!!!

    I'm probably mad

but I've backed Jembatt in the 15:05 Gowran

Hasn't won for 2 years ! but ran well over 5 furlongs last day under the same apprentice where it finished 4/22
Has won over 7 furlongs off a much higher mark

    here's hoping

taking on Jembatt with a small e/w on Full Shilling, should win one eventually at the basement mark, just a matter of when.

Harangue could be worth an e/w bet in the 3:20 Listowel.

First time in a long time he's gotten the good ground he needs, and looks well in off 86 over hurdles having won off 108 (and nearly following up off 115) over fences last summer.
