I'm going to check out the gyms in the coming days theres 3 in kildare I have found so far. Check out the Mill for stuff to do - http://www.celbridgemillcommunitycentre.ie/Activities.aspx

There are a couple of running clubs in the area, sorry haven't got details of them.
