    Hi All

    I bought this a long time ago and was unsure of its authenticity.

    Finally got around to opening it and the movement is legit, the crown is not signed and its deffo a re-dial

    Wondering what options are,

    I could buy another dial on the bay and send it off to be repaired or cut my losses...it is what it is.

    Would this be a Mr Swift job ? would any repairer have a new dial??

    The dial is crap and needs replacing. A new signed crown would help.
    The cosmics are hard to get looked after because they are so hard to open and close. Swift will not look at them. He refused to service my cosmic. I guess he had problems with them in the past, what with their peculiar front loading case.

    Perhaps a local watchmaker would do it for you if you sourced the dial and crown on ebay/ofrei?

    Cost of a new dial and crown and fitting would be about €120 or so? Watch would then only be worth €350 tops. If that is worth it for you then go for it.
