Planning and development hours

    Could some knowledgeable person here point me to a definition of what exactly constitutes planning and development as per the Landsdown rd agreement?
    What do you do for your planning development hours?

    Go to the DES website. Look up circular 0024/2016 and you will find it there

    Thanks for that. I don't see any mention of what I'm looking for in that document? It seems to be about the Arrangements for the Implementation of the Framework for Junior Cycle.
    Armed with your "circular" keyword I did find Public Service Stability Agreement 2013 – 2016 (Haddington Road Agreement). This does indeed mention exactly what I'm looking for, but leaves my question unanswered! It does not explain what "planning and development" is?
