Factory restored, still the same problem.

    I had a problem with an error constantly popping up "unfortunately, .... has stopped" with a number of different apps. I did a factory reset but Im still getting the same error, it wont let me complete the phone setup process. Basically when I try to go to the home page it gives the error.

    Its out of warranty so what are the options, reading around it seems to be flashing the ROM. Is this something I can get done somewhere or is it easy to do?
