Every apartment complex by law has to have an abandoned rover 45 or Fiat Brava.

If it on private property without the property owner's permission then the property owner is well within their right to have it removed.

If it's an apartment complex or MUD contact the management agent. They'll do a mail drop to the complex and it'll be gone in a few weeks.

If it was on my private property it'd somehow end up on the public road. Then the council would be contacted, especially if the number plates fell off and couldn't be located.

Take the plates off, push it onto the road and ring the council

I'd assume my neighbour would ask before abandoning their vehicle on my property.
