    my box has been idle for about a year and a half, i tried it recently and it worked fine with the ftv chanells, a guy took it away my box to re set it up, it has come back with virtuoso image extreme on it, after an hour i turned it off, when i went to re start it it got stuck in a loop, just the vix image, has he loaded the wrong image and is it perhaps bricked

    put image on usb stick and reflash

    Have you inserted a usb stick in back of box. He might have created a swap file on usb stick.

    If still no success, flash with vix. Its the easiest to setup. It has all built in.

    he has put a usb stick in the back, i have the file downloaded, i will go about trying to reflash it later on when and if i get the house to my self, i will remove the stick from the back while i am flashing it, just in case, many thanks for the help people
