    I'm about to enter a 12 week alcohol treatment program in Cuan Mhuire Athy and I'm so scared. I also suffer from extreme anxiety. Does anyone have any experience of this program? I'd love as much detail as you could possibly give about what to expect from the very start in terms of rules and what sort of things you do day to day. Please, any help would be great.

    Haven't been through that place but I do attend aa meetings there once in a while. It's a lovely place and the residents seem to be happy there. I came through a different treatment center and while it was hard emotionally it was by far the best thing I ever did for myself.

    Go with an open mind and give it 100%. I promise you that if you give it your all and be honest and open you will find your solutions.
