Discount on Used Uk Car - not driven in over a year

    Hi.
I am looking at a car in a dealership in the Uk.
It is listed at £12,995 sterling.
I remember seeing this same car last year for sale.
Have checked the MOT history on it and the mileage in the most recent MOT is pretty much the same as last years (it had 20 extra miles on the clock).

Given that it has been sitting on the tarmac for more than a year - could I reasonably expect to get much of a discount off the list price?

It seems from previous threads that Uk dealers don't budge too much on price generally.

    Any opinions?
    Thanks

surely they've dropped the price in the last year?
how does it compare to similar cars price wise?

a car unsold for that long wouldn't appeal to me tbh.

If going by the OP's other thread and it's an A4 diesel then you would have to wonder why it hasn't sold in all that time as they are not a difficult car to sell.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing tbh.
Would the fact that it passed the MOT a few weeks ago without issue (according to totalcarcheck.co.uk) mean I should not necessarily be wary?

    Always be wary.

How keenly is it priced as is?
