Quick question, our rent was increased in March 2015, which we have accepted. Got a letter in the post today looking for another substantial increase.

Am i correct in saying that the LL cannot ask for another increase until March 2017 due to the new legislation that came in last year?

    http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/housing/renting_a_home/rent_increases.html

"If your rent was reviewed at any time in the last 24 months, it cannot be reviewed again until 24 months after the date of the last review"

We are living in the house 6 years if that makes any difference.
