Hi,
We are about to build an extension to our 4- bed semi in Kildare. Architect has advised us that he can contact a few builders that he has worked with before & has suggested we obtain quotes ourselves from recommended builders also.
I'd be delighted if anyone could pm me with details of builder that completed something similar & you were happy with? Obviously price is a factor, but I'm happy to pay that bit extra for a high-quality build as we hope our house will be our 'forever home' & want to avoid shoddy work at all costs!
