Are provisional FETAC results anything to go by?

    Got my PLC results, it says provisional results at the top I am very happy with my grades I heard you dont get the official cert until graduation which is in like October unless they send out the official results. I need the results I have now for college in September does anybody know if the cao takes the official results or the provisional into account? Has anybodys results ever got changed?

    Provisional result is your result unless there is some sort of appeal.
    It's the same with Leaving Cert. results. The sheet people get in August has 'Statement of Provisional results' on it.
