Returns on Amazon?

    How are returns in general on Amazon, is it a long process. I haven't done it before. I have bought a Macbook for a gift but it's no longer needed. It was bought from a shop that seems to have the same policies as Amazon themselves. Any idea how long the process usually takes?

    In general, they run fairly smooth and without issue. Refunds are issued straight away, you will get notifications along the process.
