Just wondering what I should be looking to pay for skimming the below size rooms.
Recently had cables tracked into the wall of house in some rooms only and just roughly cemented in.
Walls are in OK condition bar that. Sizes are below, I was wondering what I should be paying to have these walls skimmed?

    Ground Floor
    HALL 2.76 x 1.79m
    Front room 3.09 x 2.74m
    Sitting ROOM 4.88 x 3.77m

    First Floor
    LANDING (approx 2 x 1.5m)
    BEDROOM 1 3.91 x 3.33m
    BEDROOM 2 3.29 x 2.84m

    Ground Floor
    HALL 2.76 x 1.79m = 22m2
    Front room 3.09 x 2.74m = 28m2
    Sitting ROOM 4.88 x 3.77m = 42m2

    First Floor
    LANDING (approx 2 x 1.5m) = 17m2
    BEDROOM 1 3.91 x 3.33m =35m2
    BEDROOM 2 3.29 x 2.84m = 30m2[/QUOTE]

You should be expecting to pay approx €12 per m2 for a skim coat.

Based on a average ceiling height of 2.4m I have put in the areas above for you. I haven't excluded door openings or windows etc so it should be slightly less.

    So you have around 174m2 @ €12 = €2,088.00 plus VAT

This obviously is a rough guide. It may be more if the walls need work prior to skim coat.
