    Anybody out at the launch of the Woodbank homes in Shankill? Any opinion on the close proximity of the school to the back gardens of many homes? M

    Did anyone buy here after? Anyone hear when phase 2 is due for completion and or if its still on target?

    All I know is Phase 2 is been built at the minute and due for completion by around May time. Phase 3 is due to launch for sale in the Spring I believe.

    Phase 3 launched at the weekend and there seemed like good interest which is natural given recent press about the current state of the property market. Any Woodbank purchasers on here who have bought and when can you expect to move in?
