Hoping someone can help.... iphone 4s working fine since battery replacement three months ago. Putting the new IOS update on (this week) and the phone locked up.

    Saying connect to itunes...

(did this on three seperate computers, same results)
Connected up and tried to update first.. failed error 9... changed PC and cables, tried again update.. error 29, tried a restore and error 29
tried a third PC and same thing.. always at the same place, after it says it has installed the software it starts to verify the installation, this is where it fails.

So thinking it must be battery, why it has been working all along.
don't have a spare battery to try, so does anyone have any workarounds? would jailbreaking it bypass it??
