I'm working for a company 20 years. I signed a contract which said basically I was flexible. Three years in myself and my then manager came up with a verbal agreement of set days and set hours. This practice has stood for 17 years.
The company now want me to go back to being flexible but I can't.
Do I have any rights. Is custom and practice

    Thanks in advance
