    Hi iv worked with a company for twenty years. About 15 years in I was given set hours by the then manager. I have worked the very same days and hours for all this time. My manager now wants to make me flexible which I cannot do. My original contract states that my hours vary.
    Just wondering if me doing the same hours for 15 years fall under custom and practice

    Given the figure I've always heard is 13 weeks I'm guessing 15 years might cover it. :pac:

    As always get proper advice - are you a member of a union?
