Underneath changing the oil and noticed a drip (circled in red) from the corner of this radiator.

It's behind the nearside front fog lamp.

What is it and is it part of the main cooling system?

Coolant level is difficult to read in the header tank on these cars but when I dip it with a stick, it's about 80mm.

I'd say it's the air conditioning, had you it turned on?

Intercooler for the turbo id say. Nothing unusual about a small leak from these.

    It doesn't have AC.

Is it coming from / part of the overall cooling system?

Why is it not unusual? I take it, it shouldn't be though.

That is the intercooler for your turbo. Oil is common there. The turbo is oil cooled and after time some oil starts to weep from the oil seals. This oil finds it's way to the lowest point in the system, the intercooler. It's honestly fine.

    Oil is common there.

It's water that's leaking, not oil.
