Dole card now mandatory for first passport

    A new rule came in a few weeks ago, that adults getting their first passport must first visit their local dole office to get a social welfare id card. I think this is a disgrace, i wouldn't want my 18 year old year daughter hanging around a dole office amongst dole people

    Guess the recession (which isn't over for everyone!) where hundreds of thousands of people lost their jobs passed you by?
