Looking for Dairy Farm opportunity

Hi, I'm looking for a new entrant opportunity. I'm 32 and have been working in Farm Management for the last 9 years and been in farming for 16 years.
I'm actively looking for either a share farming or dairy farm to rent. I'm not from a farming background so don't have any chance of inheriting a farm so therefore on the look out for my own.

I'm very realistic, I have spoken with the bank and can secure some funds and if possible would prefer to lease a going concern with cows included if possible.

Open to ideas suggestions etc, I have seen the land mobility service advertised in the journal but that's €40 just to have your details passed onto a potential farm so I thought would try find something myself.

Fair play to you . What part of the country are you in.
A risky time to be thinking of starting as future is uncertain at the moment but you might be going for the upturn in milk prices if you time it right.

I know he was looking for a manager but talk it out and see, nothing ventured nothing gained.
Other than that perhaps advertise as much as you can. Get in touch with contacts over the years and see if anyone know of anybody looking to take a step back or whatever.
