Reverse PVC window handle?

Hi, I have a window that opens out from the bottom. The handle opens from the left side and as I am right handed I'd like to switch it to open on the right side instead. Is it possible to do that or would it affect something else in the locking mechanism? thanks

Yeah it's possible alright. If you take off the handle and change it around. Then move the receivers in the frame (where the lock closes into) to suit the new position.
