    I am a student in northern ireland, residing in ROI.

    I have a student account with BOI northern ireland.

    I also have a standard BOI Republic of Ireland account.

    Can I convert euro's to foreign currency commission free at a ROI branch?

    If your account is regular current account commission will generally be charged on Foreign exchange.
