Hi all.
I gave form ''Back to Work Family Divident'' to my employer to fill in his part.I was part time worker (x,o) for 4years since 06/07/2012 .Now my employer have full time work for me wich I took and I signed off from JA.
This morning I received phone call from him because he doesnt know what date he has to put in ''Date employment started'' ?
Date I started 3 days a week (2012) or this monday 30/05/2016 when I started full time
I tried to call my local office but no answer,also I did not find any answers online.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would hazard a guess that its the date full time work commenced.
